Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Midway Airport

Where do I start? This hotel was AMAZING! From the entrance to the rooms, and everything in between. Nicole, our guest services representative, was super amiable & accommodating. She greeted my guest & me with such warmth. Check-in time was at 3:00PM, however, she allowed me to check-in at 12:00PM. We'd arrived a tad bit early to the hotel, maybe 11:00 AM, so she recommended us to either have lunch at the hotel's TGI Fridays, or wait in the lounge until noon. We chose to have lunch. The food was exceptional. We stayed for one night, as I was in town for Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter Tour. It was about 30 minutes from the stadium, which wasn't too bad, especially considering the traffic. Although the hotel was near the airport, the room was so comfortable that I barely heard aircrafts overhead. The property was immaculate! I felt welcomed, and it was indeed a home away from home. If ever and whenever I am in Chicago again, I would choose this particular hotel. They went above & beyond to help in any way that they could've. Kudos to the entire team.

The Courtyard absolutely stepped up their game! The hotel had been on a steady decline for a few years now, but they revamped all their rooms and the inside of the lobby. All the furniture, carpet, beds, and bathrooms have been renovated. They also redid the gym. All are very nice! I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in the area. **note, they still have construction going on in the front of the hotel. So the entrance is through the back. I believe this will be the case for the next month or so.

Suzette you know how much I appreciated you about learning about the Uber support services, you have a wonderful spirit. I was so in distress and I was disabled as well I couldn't get around much. Instead of saying what cards you will accept please be specific nothing like this happen going forward make sure, it is known fact some states accept Chime, especially when folks reserved and call to ask about the protocol you no longer accept Chime Debit Card. I KNOW NOW! I was in tears with NO where to go. Jennifer work it out for me. It was an awful experienced for me and to know I had some good folks by my side who were kind to me. I was beyond grateful. I was there on a personal -business trip. My daunting experienced started with Dollar car rental Company who I will never ever rent from ever, a low budget car rental. It was a PKG deal I didn't have a choice yet they took my money. Just stick to the ones been out long time. My apologies for the late response

Room were ok. Needed some TLC. Overall good to sleep. There's a TGF restaurant so it makes it convenient to have a bite.

Nicole’s warm, welcoming spirit truly made a difference. Heartfelt thanks to Nicole for her kindness and creative thinking: she thoughtfully included long-term parking in my reservation, secured a comfortable room, and made the entire stay more affordable and pleasant.

Came here with my mom and siblings for one night as a getaway! Rooms were well maintained and comfortable! Staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great communication! However, the only issue we had was the visitors there. They were ignorant and aggressive inside the pool area. They even brought other family members that weren't staying at the hotel. They were smoking and drinking inside the pool area. We also witnessed one of them twerking inside the elevator. We spoke to the staff about the issue, they resolved it and we're willing to help us feel comfortable.

A+ experience. I came in late for one night before an early flight and was warmly greeted by Miguel at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming and went over the top to give me a great experience. I’d recommend to anyone (especially loyal Bonvoy members) who needs to stay near the airport before a flight - they have a free shuttle. Thank you Miguel!!

Our group had a great stay at this hotel! Angela, Nicole, & Colleen were very helpful in coordinating our stay, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel has recently gone through some renovations as well! It was very clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable! Would definitely say here again! Thank you!
